The Patient Portal allows you to communicate with your doctor and staff members easily, safely, and securely via the Internet.

Our Patient Portal will enable you to:

  • receive test results.
  • receive personalized educational messages and information.
  • request prescription refills.
  • ask questions (although this is not a substitute for an office visit).
  • update your medical information.
  • schedule your next appointment.
  • view test results and your doctor’s comments in your medical records.

To access your Patient Portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Call 520-886-9866 to receive username and password
  2. Go to tinyurl.com/myfoothealth
  3. Enter username and password
  4. Enter office code
  5. Click on the “pbo pp Patient Portal” button

To send a message to your provider once you are logged in:

  1. Click the Send Message button
  2. Type your message
  3. Select your provider
  4. Click send message

Please note that you will need to log back into the system to check for your provider’s response.
